Functional fitness is a training method that aims to strengthen muscles for day-to-day activities. It helps to reduce the risk of injury, improve the quality of life, and promote better mental health. This training style incorporates exercises that are based on functional daily movements such as squatting, bending, and twisting. Functional fitness is suitable for people of all fitness levels and training abilities. At MMAlab, we offer several types of functional fitness classes including high-intensity/low-weight heat sessions, core workouts, weight training, and mobility exercises. These classes target various muscle groups, promoting different outcomes.
